Essential Info:
- Shifts are 1:1 private duty, homecare or facility bedside
- We can be flexible with scheduling! Shifts are between 6 and 12 hours
- All work is per-diem, with available schedules including part-time, full-time long-term, and short-term/fill-in hours
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
- Must maintain professionalism in all written and verbal communications
- Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred
- Drivers preferred
- Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form
- Must successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process before accepting cases

All applicants will complete a phone screening to determine compatibility and availability. Please note that cases are only available to caregivers who successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process.
