Our services include in-home personal care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, palliative and hospice care, and geriatric care management. We hold The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval, and all of our clients are private-pay. We offer private-duty one-on-one cases and facility-based care.

You'll need
- A current NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts
- A reliable, professional, patient-centered approach to care
- Discretion and respect for client privacy
- Up-to-date medicals and vaccinations (or willingness to get them)
- Drug screen or Habituation Form
- Completion of Alvita Care onboarding before starting the case
- Plus: a valid driver's license and your own transportation
- Minimum case length of 4 hours
- Paid every Friday by direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check
- Tapcheck lets you access your pay before payday
