- A current NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- A dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
- Respect for client privacy and discretion
- Up-to-date medicals and vaccinations (or willingness to get them)
- Drug screen or Habituation Form
- Completion of Alvita Care onboarding before accepting cases
- Plus: a valid driver's license and your own transportation
