The Butz Family of Companies seeks a Project Manager at Alexander Building Construction Co. located in State College, Pennsylvania. This individual will provide daily leadership of a given project and will be located at the project site. The Project Manager works with Project Executives, the Preconstruction Department, and the Design Team to develop the project schedule, construction plan, and phasing. Responsibilities
- Develop the project schedule, construction plan, and phasing
- Managing and directing the work of specialty contractors and Alexander’s Employees
- Use our in-house cost control, scheduling, and material and equipment delivery control system to plan and manage the construction process
- Provide leadership to foster an environment of diversity, equity and inclusion
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline and five (5) plus years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of technical training and job experience. Knowledge of PC-based software relating to project scheduling and cost control is required.
