Job Description
Neff Specialties is a specialty construction product sales office that provides a wide range of finish products for commercial construction projects – i.e. cabinetry, bathroom partitions and accessories, visual display products, overhead doors, operable partitions, and more. We are seeking applicants for immediate hire for a full-time position of Project Manager. The successful applicant will be expected to manage all aspects of each project from initial scope and contract review to final billing.
Location: Hastings, PA
Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
· Discuss with clients the specific requirements of each project
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs as needed
· Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
· Invoice customers in accordance with project requirements
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Project Manager Skills and Qualifications
· Highly organized and motivated
· Strong communication skills
· Customer service skills
· Proficient in reading blueprints
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
· Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus!
