Strong background and knowledge of the discovery process and law and motion procedures addressing a variety of civil, tort and employment/labor law litigation matters.
Experience in all areas of tort litigation matters, police conduct representation, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims.
Qualifications
*Must possess a minimum 3 years Civil & Public Agency Defense Litigation
*Trial Experience Preferred
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to build rapport with clients
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
