POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a potential opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) at Fort Greene-Adams, VA.
The PM will provide support to the Army’s premier sustainment think tank and training institution, the Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE). The PM will oversee three primary task areas: instructor and instructor/writer services, training support, and training development (including Systems Training Plans or STRAPs).
This role ensures the delivery of performance-oriented training (classroom, hands-on, simulation/virtual, and field exercises) and the development of individual/collective training products to support the sustainment of Advanced Individual Training (AIT), functional training, professional military education (PME), and combat developments.
This full-time position is at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA, with potential Mobile Training Team (MTT) support at Active/Reserve/DoD sites in CONUS/OCONUS.
This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.
- Exercise full authority to manage and commit resources under the base contract and all task orders (TOs), including administrative oversight to achieve quantitative and qualitative performance standards.
- Manage the contractor workforce to deliver the required labor mix across task areas, ensuring alignment with TO-specific Performance Work Statements (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
- Provide ongoing management to support instructor-led training, training development, and support services.
- Ensure availability during all periods when contractor personnel are performing services on military installations, including field exercises and MTT deployments.
- Oversee employee conduct, ethics, and compliance with the Joint Ethics Regulation, Standards of Ethical Conduct, and non-disclosure agreements for Personally Identifiable Information (PII); investigate misconduct allegations and implement prompt, reasonable disciplinary actions.
- Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, drug-free workplace policies, tobacco use restrictions, and non-displacement of qualified workers.
Payrate: $121,396 to $151,354 Annually
