We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining single or multiple CNC machining centers and secondary production equipment to produce high-quality aluminum components.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into machine fixtures; run established CNC programs to machine parts to close tolerances.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Monitor part quality during production runs according to the control plan using specialized gages, fixtures, calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and plug gages.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret work routers, manufacturing drawings, and technical specifications to ensure products are machined to exact requirements.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine daily maintenance on equipment (TPM))
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise and accurate documentation of production numbers, work performed, and quality checks.
- Safety & 5S Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with plant-wide 5S standards. Proactively identify safety hazards, suggest improvements, and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Position RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Mechanical Aptitude: A strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Technical Reading: Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions, including technical documentation and safety procedures.
- Measurement Tools: Prior experience utilizing precision measurement systems (calipers, micrometers, thread gages, and plug gages).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Specialized Experience: Prior knowledge or experience specifically in the CNC machining of aluminum components.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
