- Interview each new resident and develop an appropriate plan with measurable goals for each resident.
- Maintain friendly professional boundaries with residents and staff. Restrict conversations to appropriate topics
- Plan, organize, implement, and supervise and activity calendar and program that: meets the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs and interest of the residents as well as meets state, federal and facility standards.
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certified
