Life Enrichment Director

Maple Valley Memory Care is hiring a lively, proactive Life Enrichment Director who can lead with hands-on work. Create and run activities that help residents stay healthy in body, mind, and spirit, tailored to each person.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and run fun programs for recreation, socializing, fitness, wellness, and spiritual needs

• Create a weekly seven-day activity schedule and a monthly calendar

• Encourage residents to join activities and outings

• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers

• Plan parties and seasonal decorations; host monthly birthday celebrations

• Help plan and run community events, including welcoming new residents

• Arrange transportation to events, services, shopping, and activities (may drive the company bus)

• Hire and manage program leaders, performers, religious workers, and vendors

Qualifications:

• Any experience in crafts, art, or music is a plus

• Ability to work well with others, handle multiple tasks, stay positive, and work under pressure

• Comfortable using computers, iPads/tablets, Word, internet, email, and social media

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; may need to drive the company bus or a personal vehicle
