What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Floater - 3rd Shift position at Aluminum Recovery Technologies, LTD.?
Aluminum Recovery Technologies, LTD is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Production Floater - 11pm-7am - 8 Hour shifts, Sunday night through Thursday night, must be okay with weekends & overtime. Overtime paid after 40 hours.
**Must be able to train on 1st shift 7am - 3pm Monday-Friday. - 8 Hour shifts.
This person should be willing/able to learn all aspects of the production operation from furnace operations to lab tech operations.

Position Overview
1. Assist furnace operator including filling in as needed or directed.
2. Assist dryer operator as required and/or directed.
3. Assist in the proper procedures for dumping, weighing, and marking sows.
4. Assist in the proper procedures for skimming sows.
5. Assist in the proper procedures for sampling sows.
6. Assist in operations as a Tipper Operator.
7. Assist in operations as the Well Walker as needed.
8. Assist in operations as a Loader Operator
9. Assist in the proper procedures for dumping furnace skim.
10. Assist in Lab Tech operations, analysis, customer specs, spectrometer, product quality.
11. Must be able to operate a forklift. Will also operate skid steer and front loader.
12. Follow all safety rules, regulations, and policies of the company.
13. Follow all directions as may be given by management. (i.e. President, General Manager, Plant Manager, Production Supervisor or their Representative.)
Must be okay working in foundry environment. Employee will be on feet most of the shift and driving different mobile equipment.
Must wear steel toe boots, all other safety (PPE) supplies will be provided.
