We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each brand, considering the unique positioning and target audience.
- Ensure that brand strategies align with the overall business objective of market share growth, proactive financial management and continuous improvement.
- Work with sales department on brand placement, DTC sales, and wholesale dealer support
Cross-Brand Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration and synergy among Bestop Premium Accessory Group teams to create cohesive and complementary campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and cross-selling between brands (all 11 divisions).
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional media, events, and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for each brand, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Provide regular financial reports on marketing expenditure and performance via existing or new GLs.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in brand positioning.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire those connected to sales/marketing initiatives by providing guidance, support, and direction.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Work effectively with a team of direct reports, Bestop Premium Accessory group team members, and external suppliers
Brand Identity Maintenance:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing materials.
- Work closely with design and communication partners to maintain brand integrity.
- Create content and campaign support digital and print materials
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads/AdWords, Google Analytics, and SEM techniques for effective campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
- Expertise in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, HTML/CSS coding basics, JavaScript, SQL for data analysis or website customization.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and content management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Ability to perform keyword research for SEO optimization and content strategy development.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data from various sources for continuous improvement of marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies tailored for online sales growth.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
- Proficiency or basic understanding of photography, video editing, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Provide KPIs of key marketing initiatives
- Support two brands the at competing in different markets simultaneously
- On site position leading a team of both on site and remote employees
- Travel 20-30% to tradeshows and marketing events
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
