Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION: Administer the District's personnel system including classified and certificated employees and programs; assure compliance with applicable District rules and policies, and State and Federal laws, codes and regulations; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid California Administrative Services Credential is desirable • 5 years of Professional Human Resources Leadership Experience • Master's Degree in education, public administration or related field • Doctorate desirable
