Production Welder

CONCEPT: This is not a production line job. Understands the level of quality and workmanship that is required to be a successful employee and member of his/her team.

DUTIES PERFORMED ON A REGULAR DAY-TO-DAY BASIS FOR ALL SHOP EMPLOYEES:

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Willing to be trained in various products
• Likes custom work and variety
• Be a team player.
• Ask questions and retain information.
• Ability to read tape measure and drawings.
• Overtime may be available
• Read and follow work orders.
• Lift up to 70 pounds (or more with assistance)
• Assist other employees (within your abilities) whenever necessary.
• Operate any small hand tools used in manufacturing Alum-Line products.

Safety

• Maintain a clean work area and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Obey all safety expectations set by Alum-Line
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
