We’re hiring a Customer Account Specialist at AluChem
This is a great opportunity for someone who is polished, detail-oriented, and experienced in customer support within a manufacturing or operations environment.
This role works directly with our VP / Plant GM and supports high-value customer accounts, complex orders, and cross-functional coordination across production, logistics, and planning.
- High visibility with leadership
- Not transactional—this is relationship operations-focused
- Involvement in complex orders, timelines, and problem-solving
- Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and training
- Has experience in customer service, order management, or account support
- Is comfortable working in Excel and internal systems daily
- Communicates professionally with both customers and leadership
- Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Brings a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience is strongly preferred.
$55,000–$65,000 strong benefits package
