What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analytics Developer | PM ACE position at AltView Analytics?
Responsibilities
Maintain and update recurring financial reports for PAE ACE stakeholders
Build, refine, and troubleshoot pivot tables and Excel-based analyses to support financial tracking
Support budget execution data reviews and help identify discrepancies or reporting errors
Assist with Power Platform reporting tools (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows) as needed
Respond to routine data requests from program and financial management staff
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and source systems
Required Qualifications
General understanding of government budget execution processes; DoD experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based analysis
Working familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI at minimum)
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain recurring reporting products accurately
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with moderate oversight
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting an Army or DoD financial management office
Familiarity with DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, GCSS-Army) a plus
Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate beyond basic use
