Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Support Specialist will report directly with the Director of Operations and work with our Enterprise Sales Team to support the entire sales lifecycle. This individual will play a critical role in helping our sales executives respond quickly to customer opportunities by preparing quotes, coordinating with OEM partners and distributors, managing sales documentation, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys multitasking, and possesses outstanding communication skills.
- Support the Enterprise Sales Team throughout the sales process
- Create customer quotations using vendor and distributor pricing tools
- Work closely with leading technology OEMs including Microsoft, Nutanix, Arista, Fortinet and others
- Obtain pricing, discounts, and product availability from distributors and manufacturers
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotes, orders, renewals, and sales requests
- Assist with order processing and documentation
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information within HubSpot CRM
- Track quotes, renewals, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer solutions
- Assist with deal registrations and special pricing requests
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations
- Help ensure an outstanding customer experience from quote through delivery
- Support sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in the IT industry, technology reseller (VAR), distributor, or technology manufacturer
- Experience supporting technology sales organizations
- Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or software licensing
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, QuoteWerks, or similar CRM/quoting platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
