What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Marketing Manager position at Altura Partners Ltd?
Partner Marketing Manager
Fintech | Partner-Led Growth | High-Growth Scale-Up
We’re supporting a fast-scaling fintech company on a mission to modernise payments across the trucking and logistics industry — a sector that keeps the global economy moving but still relies on outdated financial infrastructure.
This business is building a modern payments platform designed specifically for fleets and drivers, helping reduce fraud, remove hidden fees, and improve how money moves across supply chains. With strong funding, industry recognition, and an ambitious roadmap, they are entering an exciting phase of partner-led growth.
They are now looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to take ownership of partner go-to-market strategy and lifecycle programs across a growing ecosystem of partners — from local merchants to strategic platforms.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll own partner launches and ongoing growth programs end-to-end — building campaigns, optimising journeys, and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and wants to see the direct commercial impact of their work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end partner go-to-market strategy, from launch planning through to long-term growth and optimisation
- Lead lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, reactivation, and upsell
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, landing pages, and in-product touchpoints
- Develop drip and nurture campaigns to drive application starts, card activation, spend growth, and retention
- Create partner-specific messaging, content, and campaign assets that drive strong engagement and conversion
- Work closely with Partner Success, Sales, Product, and Design teams to align campaigns with partner objectives
- Analyse performance data and campaign results, turning insights into actionable improvements
- Continuously test and optimise messaging, offers, and journeys to improve conversion rates and revenue growth
- Act as the marketing owner for partner launches, expansions, and ongoing lifecycle performance
What They’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
- Background in fintech, SaaS, payments, or B2B technology environments
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Proven experience building drip campaigns and lifecycle journeys
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages, content)
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different partner audiences
- A data-driven mindset, with experience analysing performance and optimising campaigns
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach — someone who enjoys building and improving programs from the ground up
Why This Role Stands Out
- Opportunity to own and shape partner marketing strategy in a scaling business
- Strong investment backing and clear growth trajectory
- A chance to build programs with direct, measurable revenue impact
- Exposure to multiple teams across Product, Sales, and Partnerships
- Fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas move quickly into execution
- A meaningful mission — improving financial tools for an essential, global industry
Location & Package
- Flexible working environment (details available on request)
- Competitive salary benefits
- Opportunity to join during a high-growth phase with strong long-term potential
