Position Overview:

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive guest traffic, and grow sales across all Altura Concepts locations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands-on execution to bring our brand stories to life across digital, print, and in-person channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing strategies for all Altura Concepts brands.
• Plan and oversee advertising, promotions, and events that engage our target audience and support sales goals.
• Manage social media content, calendars, and community engagement.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Oversee website content, SEO, and online reputation management.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative assets for campaigns.
• Build relationships with local media, community partners, and influencers to strengthen brand presence.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to guide future strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to promote menu launches, seasonal specials, and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or retail.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand growth.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
