We’re Hiring: Customer Success & Valuation Analyst (Hybrid Role) – New York
At altshare, we’re looking for a hands-on professional to join our growing US team in a hybrid role combining Customer Success ownership with active involvement in 409A and equity valuation processes.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day customer relationships while also working closely with internal teams and clients on valuation-related processes—bringing both a client-facing mindset and strong analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of US-based customers end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing success
• Own and actively participate in 409A valuation processes, working with internal analysts and external stakeholders
• Work directly with founders, finance teams, lawyers, and accountants
• Support equity, option, and financial instrument valuation processes
• Drive product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Act as the Voice of the Customer and partner with Product & R&D
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product insights and improvements
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS preferred)
• Strong exposure to 409A / company valuation / equity compensation
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand valuation models
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US-based clients
• Highly motivated, proactive, and data-driven
