We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Representative to join our Strategic Projects team. This cross-functional role provides critical administrative, data, and project support across several departments - including Strategic Projects, Sales Operations, and Order Entry.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in Excel and ERP systems, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers remote flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with leadership on process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support across the Strategic Projects, Sales, and Order Entry teams
- Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel and ERP systems
- Assist with data entry, validation, and maintenance in ERP (SAP or similar) and SharePoint platforms
- Support documentation and standardization of internal processes and workflows
- Generate and distribute performance, operations, and project reports to leadership
- Coordinate meeting follow-ups, task tracking, and departmental communications
- Assist the Order Entry team with order processing and data accuracy during high-demand periods
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, including documentation and performance tracking
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, formulas, pivot tables, formatting, and reporting)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience preferred, similar systems acceptable)
- Experience using SharePoint, Power Apps, or other Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration and data management
- Understanding of data validation, reporting accuracy, and process documentation best practices
- Comfortable working with cross-departmental teams to support both technical and administrative processes
- Ability to generate, interpret, and manage data-driven reports to support operational decisions
- Prior experience in administrative, project coordination, or business operations support roles preferred
Experience and Essential Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Comfortable in a remote or hybrid work environment with regular virtual collaboration
- Availability to start the first week of January 2026
