We are partnering with a rapidly growing international technology organisation currently expanding its US operations and seeking to hire a Lead Integration Solutions Engineer to join its Customer Success and Professional Services function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, customer-facing engineer who enjoys combining hands-on integration delivery with stakeholder engagement and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
The role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise integrations across a wide range of customer environments while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. The organisation is highly focused on AI-assisted delivery and modern engineering practices.

You will design, build, and deliver API-based integrations for enterprise customers; translate technical requirements into practical integration solutions; support data mapping, transformation logic, authentication, and integration workflows; manage multiple concurrent customer implementations in a high-growth environment; collaborate internally to improve integration tooling, delivery processes, and customer experience; leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency and technical workflows.
Technical Skills required:
- API integrations; experience in building APIs is a must
- REST APIs
- JSON/XML
- OAuth and API authentication
- Hands-on coding/scripting experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar technologies is a must
- Familiarity or active use of AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, etc.) this is a meaningful differentiator
- Data transformation and mapping
- Some understanding of reporting/BI integrations (Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus
Exposure to the following would also be beneficial:
- Workday, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Coupa or other ERP/AP systems
- MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware/iPaaS platforms
- Postman, Swagger or API testing/documentation tools
- Tableau or Power BI integrations
