The team is making a deliberate push toward value-led outreach process - new leadership, new tooling, and a real AI focus. You'll prospect into upper mid-market and enterprise accounts in North America, reaching senior legal decision-makers (General Counsel, Associate GC, Legal Ops), and turn interest into first conversations for Sales.
What You'll Do
- Prospect into target accounts to source qualified first meetings for AEs
- Run outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn tailored to senior legal personas
- Follow up with marketing-engaged leads from content, webinars, and events
- Translate a single value point consistently across channels email, LinkedIn, and calls that sound like the same conversation
- Use AI-assisted workflows to move faster without sacrificing quality or sounding like a bot
- Multi-thread across buying committees to build and nurture relationships
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product from first touch to first meeting
What You'll Need
- 1-2 years in outbound SDR/BDR work with a track record of hitting targets selling to mid market & enterprise customers.
- Comfort with enterprise and executive outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication - value, not features
- Sharp prioritisation and the judgement to pivot when something isn't working
- Confidence with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Claude)
- Practical AI experience in a professional workflow, with the judgement to QA the output
- Ability to commit to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and travel for events
