Alto Imports is a growing importer and distributor of premium Italian food products. We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Warminster, PA. This is a full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in the food industry or a related field.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations Coordinator located in Warminster, PA. The Sales and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, coordinating with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in developing new accounts, supporting our sales team, and managing daily operations, from entering orders to following up with clients and preparing reports.   • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred




What You’ll Do

• Build and manage wholesale accounts (restaurants, retailers, specialty food markets, food service)

• Enter sales orders, manage client information, and maintain product data

• Support the sales team and leadership with key client management and follow-up

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment

• Assist with price lists, reporting, and data entry using ERP and CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in food sales, distribution, or operations (not entry-level, but not executive)

• Ability to bring in new business and support sales and admin tasks

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, willing to learn ERP and CRM software

• Full-time availability at our Warminster, PA office


Salary range is $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience.
