Travel RN Case Manager – Ashland, WI | 13 Weeks | 40 Hrs/Week

We’re seeking an experienced RN Case Manager / Utilization Review Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in an acute care setting in Ashland, WI.

Position Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week guaranteed)
• Shift: Days (8-hour shifts)
• Setting: Acute Care – Case Management

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care plans and discharge planning
• Perform utilization review and ensure medical necessity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Work within EPIC charting system

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years RN Case Management experience
• Active RN license (required at submission)
• BLS (AHA) required
• BSN not required

Additional Info:

• Unit: Case Management / Utilization Review
• Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
