Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist / Office Administrator
Schedule: 20-24 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist / Office Administrator to support our growing office. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices in accordance with company policies and contractual terms
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with weekly payroll processing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Enter and maintain employee information and new-hire documentation
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Draft and format quotes, permits, and various applications
- Provide general administrative support to all office staff as needed
Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, or a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly trainable individual with the ability to learn new procedures and software quickly
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient in completing tasks independently
- Listens attentively, retains information, and completes tasks accurately as instructed.
Preferred (but not required):
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to type 50 words per minute and proficiency with an accounting calculator
- Basic familiarity with Adobe software (Acrobat, PDF editing tools)
