Altius Dental is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Provider Relations &
Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing
coordination of dentists across multiple dental offices.
This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinating
temporary/locum coverage, maintaining strong provider relationships, and supporting
operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Post and manage dentist job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruitment
platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc).
• Source qualified candidates and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective and
current providers
• Coordinate temporary/locum dentist schedules and coverage needs
• Partner with regional managers and office managers to address dentist staffing needs
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach through start date
• Assist with onboarding providers and obtaining required documentation and credentials
• Negotiate and prepare doctor employment contracts
• Work closely with the Chief Dental Officer to evaluate hiring decisions/clinical needs
• Assist with visa and immigration processes for international candidates
• Coordinate with dental schools and attend recruitment or hiring events as needed
• Conduct outreach and cold-calling efforts within internal candidate pipelines
• Assist with doctor reimbursements and travel accommodations as needed
• Maintain and update various reports related to provider productivity and metrics
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to doctors as needed
Qualifications
• Previous experience in dental recruitment, provider relations, healthcare staffing, or
human resources preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and applicant tracking systems
• Experience working in healthcare or dental setting
Knowledge of various dental terminology/procedures
• Knowledge of visa/immigration processes is preferred but not required
