The Court Monitor Staff reports directly to the Team Leader or the Manager of Altitude Trampoline

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the
- Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and
- Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophy
- Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the leadership team
- Perform patron surveillance with a whistler from the pre-set surveillance area
- Remain alert and use all senses
- Record equipment inspections
- Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Set up trampoline stations for various activities such as aerobics classes, dodge ball, etc.
- Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your training
- Assist the Park Management Team in keeping the Community informed of party activities
- Maintain a safe and secure facility for all park guests
- Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Professional, "Altitude" attitude and work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast environment
