The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and able to learn other management and operations software quickly. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, and a outgoing personality with strong leadership skills. This role will oversee and manage up to 50 employees, with assistance from their management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily park operations
- Manage staffing schedules and support hiring needs
- Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Greet guests and help create a positive experience for families and visitors
- Monitor park safety and operational standards
- Assist with inventory management and supply orders
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility
- Step in to resolve guest concerns or operational issues as needed
- Assist marketing with promotions and specials
- Food service or kitchen experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work weekends
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- College degree or some college attendance preferred
