What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leads position at Altitude Trampoline Park?
Altitude Trampoline is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our Managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers!
What You Need
-Excellent communication skills
-Reliable transportation, to and from work
-Completion of in-house safety training
A Typical Day
-Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
-Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guest
-Manage employee relations
-Provide courteous customer experience and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests.
-Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas
-Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists
-Work as a team with other management team members
-Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
