Must Have Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot.
- Strong experience designing and developing applications using Microservices Architecture.
- Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.
- Experience with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Cassandra or other large-scale distributed databases.
- Develops secure, scalable, and high-quality production code; reviews and debugs code written by others.
- Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations/processes.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Shell Scripting and Unix/Linux systems.
- Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with modern LLM/Generative AI techniques and practical solution development using Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools in cloud-native environments.
Experience & Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts with 7 years of applied experience.
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong experience building and supporting highly available, distributed, cloud-native applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across multiple technology teams.
