Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the development and execution of a results-driven social media strategy across multiple platforms
- You’ll create and manage engaging content that aligns with brand voice and drives audience growth
- You’ll oversee content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistency and quality
- You’ll actively engage with online communities, building relationships and strengthening brand presence
- You’ll analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversions
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to produce high-impact, visually compelling content
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proven success growing and engaging online communities with measurable results
- Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
