- Understand the difference between engagement and conversion
- Are organized and comfortable with CRMs, booking links, and trackers
- Have experience with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and community tools (like Skool)
- Are motivated by goals and enjoy being held to performance targets
- Book 15–20 qualified appointments per month
- Influence 8 program sales per month by building strong pre-call trust
- Maintain a 75% show rate on calls you book
- Respond to all new social interactions within 24 hours
- Post 3–6 story prompts weekly to increase conversation volume
- Monthly bonus based on call bookings and conversion influence
- Growth path to senior sales, account management, or content strategy roles
