Job Title: Product Manager – Mailchimp Customer Success
3 month contract
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and improve how Mailchimp Customer Success teams operate across Salesforce and related tools. This role is focused on delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience by driving product initiatives, optimizing workflows, and enabling operational excellence across Customer Success and Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce backlog for Customer Success and Customer Care operations
- Drive end-to-end improvements in customer experience across onboarding, support, and lifecycle workflows
- Partner with Customer Success, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Lead prioritization, scoping, and execution of initiatives impacting Customer Success operations
- Collaborate with High Availability engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance
- Support key Customer Success initiatives, including high-impact quarterly deliverables
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation and tooling improvements
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (functional understanding; no deep admin/dev required)
- Proven experience owning product backlogs and prioritization decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating as a true Product Manager (not just a coordinator)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end customer experience and lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Success tools such as Gainsight, Chili Piper, or similar
- Experience working with Customer Success or Customer Care teams
- Familiarity with CRM-integrated support workflows and lifecycle automation
- Exposure to data platforms (e.g., BigQuery) and understanding of data flows into Salesforce
