Overview
Altimate Painting LLC is a professional painting company serving Hamilton, NY and the surrounding areas. We focus on quality work, clean jobsites, good communication, and treating customers’ homes with respect.
We are looking for a painter with some real painting experience who wants steady work and a good crew environment. You do not need to know everything, but you should be able to work hard, show up on time, take direction, and care about doing clean work.
Job Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Brushing, rolling, cutting in, and basic spray support
- Scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, priming, and prep work
- Protecting floors, furniture, landscaping, fixtures, and customer property
- Setting up and cleaning up jobsites
- Helping keep the crew productive
- Following the scope of work and job instructions
- Reporting issues to the crew leader
- Working safely with ladders, tools, sanders, sprayers, and PPE
What We’re Looking For
- Some painting experience preferred
- Able to brush, roll, prep, and keep clean lines
- Reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Works well with a crew
- Takes pride in clean, professional work
- Stays off the phone during work time
- Willing to learn our systems and standards
- Able to work indoors and outdoors
- Comfortable with ladders and normal painting tools
Pay
Pay is based on skill, reliability, production, attitude, safety, quality, and ability to follow company systems.
- Painter I: $21–$23/hr
- Skilled Painter / Painter II: $24–$26/hr
- Higher pay may be available for experienced painters who can work independently, help train others, or grow into a lead role
