Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Chagrin Falls, OH, with flexibility for remote work after getting up to speed. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with current commercial insurance clients.
Qualifications
- Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance knowledge
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional designation (e.g., CIC, CPCU, CRM) is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Vertafore products, such as Sagitta and ImageRight, knowledge of insurance agency management systems, and experience in a similar role.
