This is a part-time seasonal opportunity, paid at $20.00/hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Greet and direct guests, employees, vendors and other visitors in a friendly and courteous manner Opening and closing procedures Cash handling and register duties Process membership application Retail merchandising and stocking Book massages, tennis lessons and court times, personal training sessions Assist the maintenance team in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility Follow all safety codes Assist with events as needed Enforce all facility rules and regulations Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication and customer service skills High school diploma, or equivalent, required Strong computer literacy skills CPR/AED certification, company will provide if needed Personal Training certification, a plus Previous customer service experience, preferred Experience working in a fitness/spa center environment, preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
