The Role
We're looking for a warm, dependable people who wish to share their home with a developmentally disabled adult. You'll provide safe, supportive care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—helping with daily routines, implementing behavioral support plans, and building genuine relationships that matter. If you're the kind of person who naturally lends a hand, listens well, and finds meaning in helping others, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
Deliver direct care and behavioral support in the home setting. Document progress, communicate with the treatment team, cook meals, assist with daily living activities, and show up as a steady, caring presence. You’ll collaborate with clinicians and help clients build skills and confidence.
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid New Hampshire driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Clean criminal record. A genuine care for people and the patience to work through real challenges, experience is great, but heart is what counts.
