- Process transactions accurately using RealGreen
- Support retail lending activities by helping customers understand loan options, loan processing steps, and loan collections when necessary
- Handle data entry tasks related to customer accounts, sales records, and financial software updates with precision
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting products and services
- Assist with operations such as inventory management, and basic math calculations for pricing and sales totals
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred; familiarity with retail store environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and performing retail math calculations accurately
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus, especially if it involves customer interactions or loan processing
