We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as General Laborers. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and being part of a team that gets things done, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Assist with construction and excavation tasks such as digging, shoveling, grading, and cleanup.
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
Support equipment operators and site supervisors.
Set up and take down work zones, barricades, and traffic control measures.
Operate basic tools and small equipment safely.
Occasionally operate heavy equipment under supervision.
Follow all safety procedures to keep yourself and your team safe.
What We’re Looking For
Previous construction or labor experience helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions.
A dependable worker with reliable transportation to job sites.
A strong work ethic—punctual, safety-conscious, and ready to pitch in where needed.
(Bonus) Experience using construction tools or operating heavy equipment.
