Job Responsibilities
As the Dietary Coordinator, you are responsible for the following:
- Responsible for food purchase, production and timely service of meals
- Budget and inventory management and control
- Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnel
- Possess leadership qualities and be able to supervise and secure the cooperation of the dietary personnel including ongoing training, counseling and development

- 2 years of professional experience working in a skilled nursing facility dietary department.
- Current Level 2 Serve Safe Certification or willingness to become certified
- Current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Preferred but not required
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
