This role supports the delivery of high quality semiconductor solutions that perform consistently in demanding applications and align with industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives the development and execution of product qualification strategies and plans and adherence to release criteria.
- Performs risk assessments, defines quality and reliability goals, and enables key decisions that affect product quality and reliability.
- Requires hands on activities in the reliability laboratory working with a variety of reliability tools and equipment to support process, package and product qualifications and monitoring.
- Responsible for qualification activities, tool/equipment setups, tool/equipment maintenance, tools/equipment calibration, electrical testing/validation of semiconductor components, basic failure analysis (visual/optical inspection and curve trace analysis) and documentation of the testing activities.
- In this role, need to move heavy boards into qualification equipment will be required.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Materials science or other related technical field.
- 2 years of experience in areas of semiconductor product testing/reliability experience.
- 2 years of experience with reliability lab equipment (Burn-in ovens, thermal cycling, etc.) and analytical tools (oscilloscopes, curve tracers, etc.)
- Drive laboratory work independently supporting the reliability organization.
- Familiarity with reliability qualification standards is a plus.
