Inside Sales Account Executive — NEMA Enclosures (B2B)
Altelix · Boca Raton, FL 33487 · Full-time, on-site · Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Base Salary: $50,000–$100,000, plus uncapped commission and a year-end performance bonus.
Earning Potential: Your total compensation is tied to the business you build, with the potential to exceed twice your base salary based on sales performance.
Customers use them to protect wireless, telecom, security, electrical, and audio-visual equipment outdoors and in harsh environments. This is a hands-on sales role focused on quoting, closing business, and consistent follow-up—not marketing or customer service.
What you will do:
- Build a pipeline of customers in wireless, telecom, security, electrical, and audio-visual markets through phone calls, email, and referrals. Actively pursue new business rather than simply responding to incoming inquiries.
- Respond to product and pricing requests the same day, recommend appropriate enclosures and accessories, and explain shipping options.
- Prepare quotes, enter orders, and keep customers informed about lead times and new products.
- Work with engineering on custom cutouts, accessories, and modified enclosures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track quotes and opportunities, and follow up consistently. Experience with ACT! is required.
What you bring:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in a technical product environment.
- Manufacturing or distribution sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in security, telecom, electrical, or audio-visual markets is helpful. Product training is provided.
- Strong phone skills, clear written communication, and the discipline to manage daily calls, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
