Job Overview

The Community Dental Home Educator is respo nsible for facilitat ing oral health education for students and community members and supporting the linkage of care to dental school - based programs. The Community Dental Home Educator work s with the Field Operations team to conduct dental education classes on various dental-related topics.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma required .

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science or related field with an emphasis in Community Health Education is highly preferred or 5 years of experience minimum in a related field/position.

• Bilingual (Spanish/Vietnamese/Mandarin) is preferred due to the population being served.

• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
