What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audit Coordinator position at Altair Associates?
This is for a full-time entry level position as an Audit Coordinator, who is expected to work forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday (9 AM - 5 PM). We are looking for a person with the ability to work in a team and / or independently for an insurance auditing firm. The Audit Coordinator will provide support to auditors and managers with respect to processing audit reports, maintaining and updating files, database, proofread and assembling of draft reports to management including presentation of final reports to clients. This individual will also assist with other office tasks and projects as assigned by their supervisor / manager.
Qualifications:
- Great administrative and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment when necessary
- Must possess computer literacy
- Require a better than average working knowledge and familiarity of using Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and dependable individual that can be trusted with company’s work equipment
- Ability to follow company’s processes and procedures to complete tasks and projects
