Job Purpose:
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for helping businesses grow? Join altafiber as a Commercial Sales Representative and play a critical role in expanding our business sales channel. In this role, you'll actively engage with new and existing customers to drive fiber adoption, increase revenue through upselling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to be a key player in bringing next-gen technology solutions to Hawaii's businesses.
Essential Functions:
- Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls, face-to-face meetings, and door-to-door prospecting
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to grow our fiber footprint and increase customer spend
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to design the best technical solutions for each customer
- Maintain an active sales funnel and report on pipeline progress to the Sales Manager
- Communicate value propositions clearly and consultatively to business decision-makers
- Be part of a positive, high-performing team that supports and motivates each other
- Stay on top of market trends and altafiber's evolving suite of services
Education:
- Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Preferred MBA
Relevant Work Experience:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a competitive B2B environment
- Knowledge of telecom services (data, voice, video, networking) preferred

- Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills
- A self-motivated, resourceful attitude with a drive to exceed sales goals
- Excellent planning, communication, and time management abilities
