Andersen Customer Care Rep

Wages: Up to $19.00 hr based on experience 

 
Alta Resources is looking for Customer Service Representatives, at our call center, to support our client’s windows & doors replacement parts. Our customer service reps have a mechanical-mindset and enjoy talking about home improvement projects. Our team helps customers with their window & door repairs, while representing a world-renown window & doors brand.  

Duties & Qualities  

• Use social media, chat, email and/or phone (voice) to address the needs of our client’s customers  

• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues  

• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information  

• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others  

• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude  

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills  

• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers

Additional Job Information  

• Hours of Operation: Between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotational Saturday from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM 

• Full- & part-time hours available, including evenings & weekends
