Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support a fast-paced program environment by coordinating the acquisition of materials, hardware, and software required for mission-critical operations. This role works closely with program teams, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders to manage procurement activities from requirement generation through delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems while ensuring materials are sourced, tracked, and delivered efficiently to support program timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of IT hardware and software for the program, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Support generation of material requirements and facilitate acquisition plans from initiation to completion.
• Utilize multiple government and Leidos systems to manage procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain reports, monitor material movement, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with supply chain vendors and team members to optimize acquisition strategies.
• Manage schedules for production and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

• Basic Excel skills: creating workbooks, formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering data.
• Procurement or supply chain management experience.
• Experience working with RFQ processes for procurement activities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under stress and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience and/or relevant certifications, training, or military background.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
