Parking & Front Entrance Support

Salary Range: $18-$22/ hr.

  • Assist visitors, families, and staff with parking coordination in a limited parking

environment

  • Safely valet and move vehicles as needed to maximize parking capacity
  • Maintain organized vehicle flow at the facility entrance
  • Provide a welcoming first impression to guests and families
  • Monitor parking areas for safety and accessibility

Ward Clerk / Administrative Support

  • Assist nursing staff with clerical and documentation tasks
  • Help coordinate resident transportation scheduling for appointments, dialysis, and

outside services

  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately
  • Support chart preparation and administrative paperwork as directed
  • Assist with basic data entry and filing tasks
  • Communicate with transportation vendors and clinical staff to confirm schedules
