We’ll look to you for:
- Directing and supervising operations center personnel that perform ATC, SCADA, Rapid Response and Access Control,
- Developing and implementing strategies for safe, reliable and efficient operations in accordance with rules and procedures,
- Taking leadership to implement maintenance activities of employees and subcontractors, directing revenue activities during normal and emergency events,
- Overseeing and supervising a shift of employees supporting the operations and maintenance of AirTrain JFK,
- Enforcing Company policies, operations center rules and levying discipline as necessary,
- Recording, reviewing, tracking and analyzing various operational and administrative metrics,
- Developing and implementing shift work schedules and supervising revenue activities to ensure customer service delivery,
- Leading Site Shift briefings and supervising the safe and efficient execution of work areas and work permits,
- Training, qualifying, and certifying employees to ensure proficiency, efficiency, and safety in job tasks,
- Communicating and enforcing safety standards and procedures, conducting safety audits, and addressing safety hazards

- High School Diploma or EquivalentHigh School Diploma or Equivalent,
- Experience or understanding of supervising operations in a transit environment,
- Knowledge of ATC, SCADA, Rapid Response, and Access Control systems,
- Familiarity with MAXIMO or similar work management systems,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Proven leadership and team management abilities,
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure,
- Capacity to develop and implement operational strategies,
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to change,
- Dedication to safety standards and procedures
